The Development of Strategies for Improving Ordinary National Educational Test (O-NET) Results of Prathomsuksa 6 Students at Wat Phraya Suren School (Boonmee Anukul) Khlong Sam Wa District Office Bangkok

Abstract
The purposes of this research were: 1. to study the operating conditions of the basic national educational testing of students. 2. to draft a strategy to improve the results of the basic national education test of students. 3. to try and to study the results of the trial of strategies to improve student outcomes in Ordinary National Educational Test.4. To examine the appropriateness of strategies to improve student outcomes on Ordinary National Educational Test. 5. To study the before and after results of using strategies to improve the results of the Ordinary National Educational Test students. The sample consisted of 168 deputy directors of schools, teachers, parents, students and 47 informants. The research tools were questionnaires and interviews. The statistics used in the research were mean, standard deviation and t-test.
The research findings were as follows: 1) the results of the study of operating conditions to raise the level of basic national education test results after the strategy was tried, in an overall, the operating conditions were at a high level. 2) Results from strategy drafting to verify the appropriateness of the strategy development was well suited writing clearly. 3) Methods and guidelines for enhancing the examination results appropriately cleared and concreted. It was able to use as a tool to develop students as well and all six strategies were well suited. 4) Analysis of operating conditions. vision, mission, goals, objectives, indicators, projects/activities, and established strategies were appropriate and consistent which was clearly written. 5) The results of comparing the operating conditions before and after the strategy development were different with statistically significant at level .05.
