Abstract

A research study on Happiness at Work of Employees of YoRachada Co., Ltd. Head Office aims to study and to compare the level of happiness in work of employees of YoRachada Co., Ltd. head office according to personal characteristics.The population used in the study was employees YoRachada Co., Ltd., head office  91people.


The overall results of the research revealed that the average happiness at work of employees. YoRatchada Co., Ltd. head office overall is at a high level. According to the hypothesis test, it can be argued that employees YoRatchada Co., Ltd. head office with different genders are happy to work. Not different in every aspect. For different age sides are happy to work. no difference As for the marital status, they were not happy at work. Different in terms of different educational levels are not happy to work different as well As for the monthly income, they are happy in their work no difference for employees YoRatchada Co., Ltd. head office with different working periods have no difference in happiness at work.


Leadership recommendations for this study management of employees YoRachada Co., Ltd. head office must be able to create willpower and optimism for the team or subordinates. Able to encourage subordinates to be enthusiastic about their work Recognize accomplishments and reward teams or subordinates to motivate them. Have a clear policy for self-advancement in work. Have the opportunity to develop and open to new experiences continuously level of happiness at work management of employees YoRachada Co., Ltd., the head office, must support the work that produces effective results to achieve the goals set.
