Student Potential Development for International Music Excellence through the Participatory Student Support System between Network Partners and Wat Chotikaram School, Nonthaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 1

Abstract
This action research aims to
1) Student potential development for international music excellence through the participatory student support system between network partners and Wat Chotikaram school, The Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 Nonthaburi and
2) Reflect the results of student potential development for international music excellence through the participatory student support system between network partners and Wat Chotikaram school, The Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 Nonthaburi. This research participants including 29 students, Wat Chotikaram School teachers, music expert teachers, school committees, parents, community representatives, and North Bangkok power development fund representatives. Data was collected using in-depth interviews, focus groups, non-participant observation, and questionnaires regarding opinions on the potential of international music. Data was analyzed using content analysis and basic statistics including percentage, mean, and Standard Deviation.
Research results found that 1) Student potential development for international music excellence through the participatory student support system between network partners and Wat Chotikaram school, divided into 5 items: (1) Knowing students individually has been found to know of their differences. (2) Grouping and prioritizing students can be summarized into 3 groups as follows: normal group, problem group, and special group. (3) Activities that promote and develop skills in international music, can be summarized as an activity to develop international music skills. (4) Results from organizing activities to prevent, help, and solve problems in caring for students. In summary, it is an activity that trains students' skills as well. “Marching band camp activities”, and (5) The results of development, transmission, and awareness of one's own values revealed that the potential for excellence in international music was overall high. The average is 3.51 (S.D.=0.86), and empirical results on international music skills and cooperation of network partners. 2. Reflecting on the results of developing students' potential for excellence in international music towards social change, Wat Chotikaram School implementation of the management plan based on the CHO Model concept, consisting, consist of (1) Good network, (2) Notable human relations, (3) Focus organization quality, and the impact of social change on Wat Chotikaram School, The Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 Nonthaburi.
