A SUPPORT AND CARE SYSTEM FOR ENHANCING HAPPY LEARNING AMONG STUDENTS OF MARY BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION TECHNOLOGY COLLEGE

Abstract
This research aimed to 1) study the level of opinions regarding the student support system, 2) study the level of opinions regarding happy learning among students, 3) study the relationship between the student support system and happy learning among students, and 4) study the impact of the student support system on happy learning among students at Mary Business Administration Technological College. The data collection instrument was a questionnaire divided into three parts: Part 1 concerned the general characteristics of the student’s respondent; Part 2 concerned opinions regarding the student support system at Mary Business Administration Technological College; and Part 3 concerned opinions regarding happy learning among students. The sample consisted of 345 students from Mary Business Administration Technological College, academic year 2025. The statistical analyses included percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearson’s product moment correlation coefficient, and regression analysis, Stepwise multiple regression analysis.
Research revealed the following findings 1) Overall opinions regarding the student support system were at a high level. 2) Overall opinions regarding students' happy learning were also at a high level. 3) The overall relationship between the student support system and students' happy learning at Mary Business Administration College of Technology was positively correlated at a high level (0.971), statistically significant at the .01 level. 4) The student support system, specifically regarding getting to know students individually (x1), student screening (x2), student development promotion (x3), and student referral (x5), significantly impacted students' happy learning at the .01 level.
