Abstract

The objectives of this research were 1). to study conservation and cultural management methods. using the 4 Dharma Itthibath principles of the Mo Lam group of Somchit Bothong. and2). Comparison of the application of Dharma-itthibath 4 principles in management according to the opinions of members of the Molam faculty of Somchit Bothong. A total of 220 people were used. The sample was based on a Crazy and Morgan comparison table of 140 people. The instrument was a questionnaire, the key informants were academicians and the heads of the Mo Lam Faculty of 9 people. The tool was an interview form. The results showed that Conservation and cultural management by using Dharma Itthibath 4 principles of Mo Lam of Somchit Bothong group overall is at the highest level. The mean was 4.51. The average attitude was 4.46, the average persistence was 4.51, the Chitta average was 4.61, and the average persistence was 4.45. Compare the application of Dharma-itthibath 4 principles in management according to the opinions of Mo Lam members of Somchit Bothong faculty. It was found that personnel of different sexes, different ages, and working periods had different opinions on conservation management and culture using Dharma-itthibath 4 principles.
