Abstract

The implementation of the Moral Teaching Project in schools is a project that creates benefits for society as a guideline for the monks who come to teach Buddhism in schools. Has the potential and ability to teach according to the theoretical principles and convey the teachings of Buddhism correctly which will affect acceptance Confidence, veneration, and faith in the monk who teaches and draws young people into Dharma. The objectives of this research were: 1) To study the teaching and learning management of Buddhist subjects in schools of moral monks in schools under the Roi Et Sangha College Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University. 2) to study the problems and obstacles and suggestions for the teaching and learning management of moral monks in schools under the Roi Et Sangha College Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University. And 3) to study ways to develop teaching potential according to the threefold principle (morality, concentration, wisdom) of moral monks in schools under the Roi Et Sangha College Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University. Method research data were collected by using a questionnaire from a sample of 210 monk by comparing the criteria according to the Krejcie and Morgan table and interviewed 10 key informants or people. The research tool was a questionnaire. The data was analyzed using frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation.

          The results showed that teaching and learning management of moral monks in schools under Roi Et Sangha College  Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University Overall it was at a high level. A study of problems and obstacles and suggestions for teaching and learning management of moral monks in schools. Found that there is still a lack of modern teaching materials received relatively little cooperation in teaching and learning small number of lessons And it's often the last class, which makes class appointments less interested in studying. And suggestions should lead students to participate in temple and community activities in order to build relationships and have good attitudes between the school and the community. Students should be encouraged to work with the community to create cooperation between community and parents. And the results of the study of the development of teaching potential according to the threefold principle (morality, concentration, wisdom), arrangement of teaching content in line with the current situation convey complete knowledge according to the content It is reinforced by praising, complimenting, inserting morals and ethics in the content. Focusing on practical actions that result in serious action linked to the development of life skills in society as well.
