Abstract

          The objectives of this research were (1) the skill level of school administrators in schools under the Office of Primary Educational Service Area, Loei Province. (2) the level of academic administration at the early childhood level in schools under the Office of Primary Educational Service Area, Loei Province. (3) the relationship between the skills of school administrators and academic administration at the early childhood level in schools under the Office of Primary Educational Service Area, Loei Province. (4) To study the skills of school administrators that affect academic administration at the early childhood level in schools under the Office of Primary Educational Service Area, Loei Province. The sample were school administrators and teachers 285 people. The research tool was a 5-level scales questionnaire with a confidence value of 0.948 The statistics used in this study were descriptive statistics is Frequency, Percentage, Mean, standard deviation and Inferential statistics is Pearson’s Product moment correlation coefficient, Multiple Regression Analysis using Stepwise for identify the level of significance the predictive power. The results of the study revealed as follows: 1. The skills of school administrators in schools under the Office of Primary Educational Service Area, Loei Province, overall was at a high level. 2. The academic administration of the early childhood programs in schools under the Office of Primary Educational Service Area, Loei Province, overall was at a high level. 3. The relationship between the skills of school administrators and academic administration at the early childhood level in schools under the Office of Primary Educational Service Area, Loei Province using Pearson’s Product Moment Correlation Coefficient had a positive relationship with a highest level at the .01 level of significance. 4. The five aspects of skills of school administrators as intellectual stimulation, Technical Skills, Education and Instructional Skills, Human Skills could predict the innovative organization at the .01 level of significance with the predictive power of 84.30 percent and the standard error of estimate of ± 0.18728.
