Abstract
The purpose of this research is to 1) Administrative policy level 2) Level of factors supporting education management 3) to study the relationship of administrative policy to factors supporting education management of educational personnel Special Education Center, Educational Area 3, Songkhla Province. The sample group Used in this research were 97 educational personnel. The tool used was a questionnaire. The statistics used to analyze the data were frequency distribution Determination of percentage, mean, standard deviation and Pearson's Product Moment Correlation Coefficient analysis.
The research results found that: 1) Overall management policy is at a very high level. When considering each aspect, it is found that number 1 is policy making. Followed by academic administration. Planning Human resource management General administration Budget management and the last ranking is in terms of providing facilities, media, and services. 2) factors supporting education management Overall, it was at a high level. When classified by aspect, it was found that the first rank was the management aspect, followed by the environment aspect. Teacher and last rank is the student side. 3) The results of the analysis of the relationship between administrative policy and factors supporting educational management found that in the area of policy making Planning Academic administration Human resource management General administration Budget management And in terms of providing facilities, media, and services, the multiple correlation coefficient (R) was equal to 0.912.and be able to explain variations in administrative policies towards factors supporting educational management of educational personnel. Special Education Center, Educational Area 3, Songkhla Province, with statistical significance at the 0.01 level, 87.80 percent (R2=0.878).and results of the test results of the hypothesis of administrative policy on factors supporting educational management of educational personnel. Special Education Center, Educational Area 3, Songkhla Province and found to be statistically significant at the 0.01 level.
