Abstract

          The purposes of this research were 1) to study the level of good governance of administrator 2) to study the level of teachers’ motivation 3) to study the relationship between good governance of administrator and teachers’ motivation at Wat Sukwararam School, Nakhon Pathom Province. The sample Used in this research were 30 educational personnel. The tool used was a questionnaire. The statistics used to analyze the data were frequency distribution Determination of percentage, mean, standard deviation and Pearson's Product Moment Correlation Coefficient analysis.

          The results of the study found that: 1) Good governance of administrator Overall, it was at the highest level. When classified by aspect, it was found that the first rank was morality, followed by responsibility. competence in participation, accountability, the Rule of Law And lastly, in cost – effectiveness or Economy. 2) Teachers’ motivation Overall, it was at the highest level. When classifying each aspect at the high level, all aspects found that The aspects that were at the highest level, ranked first were maintenance Factors followed by the motivation Factors. 3) The results of the analysis of the relationship between the good governance of administrator and teachers’ motivation at Wat SukWararam School, Nakhon Pathom Province found that The Rule of Law morality accountability participation responsibility and cost – effectiveness or economy Let the multiple correlation coefficient equal to 0.998 and be able to explain the variations in teachers’ motivation that affect the educational management ecosystem Statistically significant at the 0.01 level, 99.80 percent (R2=0.996) and hypothesis test results Good governance of administrator had a positive effect on the teachers’ motivation at Wat Sukwararam School, Nakhon Pathom Province.
