Abstract
The purposes of this research were 1) to study the level of administrative factors, 2) to study the level of educational management ecosystem, and 3) to study the relationship of administrative factors affecting the educational management ecosystem of educational personnel at Wat Sukwara School. Ram, Don Tum District, Nakhon Pathom Province. The sample Used in this research were 108 educational personnel. the tool used was a questionnaire. The statistics used to analyze the data were frequency distribution Determination of percentage, mean, standard deviation and Pearson's Product Moment Correlation Coefficient analysis.
The results of the study found that: 1) Administrative factors Overall, it was at a high level. When classified by aspect, it was found that the first rank was Leadership. Followed by management, budget, personnel development. And the last rank is information technology.2) Educational Management Ecosystem Overall, it was at a high level. When classifying each aspect at the high level, all aspects found that the aspects that were at the high level, ranked first were activities, followed by actors. And the last one is invention.3) The results of the analysis of the relationship between the administrative factors that affect the educational management ecosystem of educational personnel at Wat Suk Wararam School, Don Tum District, Nakhon Pathom Province found that leadership, budget, management information technology Personnel Development Let the multiple correlation coefficient equal to 0.900.and be able to explain the variations in administrative factors that affect the educational management ecosystem Statistically significant at the 0.01 level, 90.00 percent (R2=0.911).and hypothesis test results Administrative factors had a positive effect on the educational management ecosystem of educational personnel at Wat Sukwararam School, Don Tum District, Nakhon Pathom Province. There was statistical significance at the 0.01 level.
