Abstract

          The purpose of this research is to 1) Study the happiness at work of teachers at Photisarn Pittayakorn School. 2) Study the level of educational institution administration of teachers at Photisarn Pittayakorn School, Lalingchan District, Bangkok. 3) Study the relationship of happiness at work among school teachers. Photisarn Phitthayakorn that affects the administration of Photisarn Phitthayakorn School. The population used in this research is 150 civil servant teachers at Photisarn Phitthayakorn School. The instrument used is a questionnaire. The statistics used in data analysis are Frequency breakdown Finding percentages, averages, standard deviations and analysis of the Pearson’s Product Moment Correlation Coefficient

          The results of the study found that: 1) Administrative factors Overall, it is at a high level (= 3.39, S.D.= 0.62). 2) Results of the analysis of happiness at work Overall it is at a high level (= 3.82, S.D.= 0.78). 3) The results of the analysis of the relationship between happiness in school administration of teachers at Photisarn Phitthayakorn School, Taling Chan District, Bangkok, found that in terms of providing appropriate compensation, Environmental safety and health, promotion Person's ability development Aspects of progress and stability in work, Aspects of integration with society, Democracy in work and Rhythm of life The multiple correlation coefficient is equal to 0.900. and be able to explain the relationship of happiness in educational institution administration of teachers at Photisarn Phitthayakorn School, Taling Chan District, Bangkok Statistically significant at the 0.01 level was 90.00 percent (R²=0.911) and results of hypothesis testing the relationship between teachers' happiness in school administration. Photisarn Phitthayakorn School, Taling Chan District, Bangkok found that it was statistically significant at the 0.01 level.
