Abstract

          Good governance is an important concept for administration and governance because good globalization, governance or management are the issues that people are interested in. The objectives of this research are: 1) To study the level of Opinion of People towards Administration under the Principles of Good Governance of Ongkharak Subdistrict Municipality. Ongkharak District Nakhon Nayok Province 2) To study and compare a Opinion of People towards administration under the principles of good governance of Ongkharak Subdistrict Municipality. Ongkharak District Nakhon Nayok Province Classified according to personal factors. The sample group used in the study was people in the Ongkharak Subdistrict Municipality area. Ongkharak District Nakhon Nayok Province, 348 people. The tool used to collect data was a statistical questionnaire used in data analysis, including percentage, average, standard deviation. T-test by one-way analysis of variance. And when differences are found, pairwise differences will be tested using LSD.

          The results of the research found that 1) Administration under the principles of good governance of Ongkharak Subdistrict Municipality. Ongkharak District Nakhon Nayok Province, it was found that the opinions of the people towards the administration under the principles of good governance of Ongkharak Subdistrict Municipality Ongkharak District Nakhon Nayok Province Overall, it is at a high level. When considering each aspect It was found to be at a high level in every aspect. The sequence is as follows in order from most to least: the principle of value for money, the ethics, the principle of participation, the rule of law, the principle of transparency and the Accountability and 2) Results of comparing public opinions towards administration under the principles of good governance of Ongkharak Subdistrict Municipality. Ongkharak District Nakhon Nayok Province Classified by personal factors, It was found to be in accordance with the assumptions that had been set, by people with different levels of education have opinions on management according to the principles of good governance of Ongkharak Subdistrict Municipality. Ongkharak District Nakhon Nayok Province different with statistical significance at the .05 level.
