Abstract
Special Education Center Administrator play an important role in managing educational institutions effectively. Promote learning for students with special needs to their full potential and are ready according to the changing situation in the present day. This research aimed to 1) to study the level of situational leadership of special education centers educational administrators. 2) to study the level of administrative efficiency of special education centers educational.3) to study the relationship between situational leadership of special education centers educational administrators and administrative efficiency of special education centers educational. 4) to study the variables predicting the situational leadership that affect the administrative efficiency of special education centers educational. The sample group included special education center teachers Educational Institution Group 7 Special Education Bureau. The sample size was determined by comparing Krejcie and Morgan tables with a total of 214 people. The research instrument was questionnaires. The statistics for data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearson correlation coefficient and multiple regression analysis method.
The study found that 1) The level of situational leadership of special education centers educational administrators Institution Group 7 Special Education Bureau in each aspect overall was at the high level. 2) The level of administrative efficiency of special education centers educational Institution Group 7 Special Education Bureau in each aspect overall was at the high level.3) The relationship between situational leadership of special education centers educational administrators and administrative efficiency of special education centers educational Institution Group 7 Special Education Bureau in overall was positively related at very high level with statistical significance at .01.4) The situational leadership of special education centers educational administrators used in predicting administrative efficiency of special education centers educational Institution Group 7 Special Education Bureau comprised three aspects are assignment, command and participation. The regression equation of raw scores and standard scores were as follows:
