Abstract

This research study aims to study the development towards a smart organization of the Faculty of Political Science and Public Administration, Rajabhat Maha Sarakham University. The target group includes administrators, curriculum administrators, curriculum lecturers, and educational scholars of the Faculty of Political Science and Public Administration, Rajabhat Maha Sarakham University, totaling 15 people. The research instruments used in this research are interview forms, using the content analysis method and presenting it in a descriptive manner.


         The research results found that (1) the development of the Faculty of Political Science and Public Administration, Rajabhat Maha Sarakham University, towards smart organizations consisted of knowledge management, KMS system development, digital database, and promotion of knowledge sharing, strategic planning, determination of smart organization vision, use of technology data, personnel development, and creation of collaborative networks, having a vision, integrating the vision into the strategic plan, and using technology to support human resource management, developing personnel skills, promoting a culture of learning and innovation, creative thinking skills, using AI, Chatbot, ERP, Big Data, using Smart Service, AI, Blockchain, and smart Dashboard to increase service efficiency, responding to public needs, using AI to analyze data. Improve the curriculum and develop innovations for society (2) Suggestions for the development of the Faculty of Political Science, Rajabhat Maha Sarakham University towards a smart organization include: Develop a digital knowledge base system and a central platform, promote research and knowledge development, organize knowledge exchange activities, create a long-term strategic plan and adjust according to the situation, build a network of cooperation with various agencies, communicate visions and promote a culture of strategic thinking, develop personnel potential and promote teamwork, use technology to develop the curriculum and teaching, develop an online learning platform, develop an online service system and efficient work processes, create a feedback system to improve services, organize social service projects and create a network of cooperation with the community.
