Abstract
This research aimed to (1) study the characteristics, origins, and factors related to the innovation process of child development center management at Talat Khae Subdistrict Municipality, Non Sung District, Nakhon Ratchasima Province; (2) study the problems and solutions resulting from the implementation of the innovation of child development center management at Talat Khae Subdistrict Municipality, Non Sung District, Nakhon Ratchasima Province; and (3) study the application of the innovation of child development center management at Talat Khae Subdistrict Municipality, Non Sung District, Nakhon Ratchasima Province to other local administrative organizations. The research methodology and qualitative data were interviewed with key informants divided into three groups: administrators, practitioners, parents of students at Talat Khae Subdistrict Municipality Child Development Center, or relevant local residents, totaling 50 people. Data were analyzed by using a conceptualization technique based on empirical data.
The research findings revealed that (1) the innovation of child development center management at Talat Khae Subdistrict Municipality resulted from the collaboration of teachers, parents, communities, and external agencies by using digital technology, integrating local wisdom, and building networks to enhance the quality of early childhood care. (2) The problems encountered included insufficient personnel, lack of digital skills, limited budget, inconsistent external support, and organizational culture that adheres to the traditional model. The solution is to increase personnel, develop teacher potential, allocate budgets, promote participation, and adjust the organizational culture to be open to innovation. (3) The approach to expand to other organizations is to develop personnel, use digital technology, promote community participation, create collaborative networks, and integrate local wisdom to make the management of child development centers efficient and sustainable.
