Author Guidelines
Author(s) must provide all required information in the submission system as follows: 1. Article title. 2. Article abstract. 3. Keywords of the article, fill in one by one keyword. 4. List of contributor(s) and affiliation(s) of all author(s). 5. Reference list in English only. Please do one Enter per one reference entry. **In case that this information is not completed, the IJSET editorial board retains the right to reject publication of that article.
The full-length manuscript can be submitted. The manuscript consists of two main parts: the abstract and the main content, with a total length not exceeding 16 pages. If the manuscript exceeds this limit, the editorial board will review its suitability. Manuscripts should be prepared using Microsoft Word (2003–2016) with Times New Roman font:
Title: Bold, 17-point font
Author names: 11-point font (bold)
Affiliations: 11-point font (italic)
Body text: 11-point font
The manuscript should be formatted on A4-sized paper (8.5 × 11 inches) with 1-inch margins on the top, right, and bottom, and 1.25 inches on the left. The text should be formatted in a single-column layout with single line spacing. The manuscript should include at least one relevant image to serve as the article cover image.
Abstract Section The abstract must include the title, authors, institutional affiliations, body text, and keywords.
The title should not exceed three lines and must have each word capitalized, except for articles, prepositions, and conjunctions, which should be in lowercase.
Author names should be in 11-point font (bold), including only first and last names without academic titles or honorifics. The corresponding author should be marked with an asterisk (*). Names should be separated by commas, with "and" before the last author (without a preceding comma).
Institutional affiliations should be in 11-point font (italic) on a new line. If multiple institutions are listed, superscript numbers should be used to indicate matching authors and institutions.
The email of the corresponding author should be listed on a separate line in 11-point font.
The abstract content should summarize key aspects of the study, including objectives, methodology, results, and discussion.
Keywords should be listed on a new line, with 3 to 5 terms that clearly represent the study's content.
Main Content The main content consists of the following sections:
Introduction—Describes the background, significance of the research problem, and a concise literature review to highlight the importance of the study.
Research Objectives—Can be presented as research questions or hypotheses.
Research Methodology—Describes the research process, which may vary depending on the study type.
Results and Discussion—Presents findings in alignment with the research objectives, with a discussion that compares results with previous studies or related theories.
Conclusion—Summarizes key findings concisely and may include recommendations for future research.
Acknowledgments—Mentions funding sources, supporting institutions, or individuals.
Ethical Considerations—If applicable, indicate human or animal research ethics approval, including certification numbers. Describe ethical procedures such as obtaining informed consent.
References—Must follow the APA (American Psychological Association) style and be written in English.
