The International Journal of Science Education and Teaching (IJSET), published by the Science Education Association (Thailand) or SEAT, is an open access journal with no article processing charges (APC) and no publication fees. We welcome original research, academic papers, and review articles addressing a wide range of issues, including physics, chemistry, biology, and technology education. Our scope further encompasses STEM education, science teacher education, early childhood science education, and science curriculum and instruction, as well as other related science educational fields.

Announcement on the Adoption of the License to Publish Agreement (LTP)

The International Journal of Science Education and Teaching (IJSET) is pleased to announce that, effective 4 August 2026, the journal has revised its copyright and licensing policy to align with international best practices for open-access scholarly publishing.

Accordingly, IJSET has replaced the Copyright Transfer Agreement (CTA) with the License to Publish Agreement (LTP).

To facilitate a smooth review and publication process, authors are kindly requested to observe the following:

  • Manuscripts should not exceed 15 pages, including tables, figures, and references.
  • References must strictly follow APA 7th edition. Use the full official journal names (no abbreviations) and verify every reference using reliable sources such as Google Scholar, Crossref, or the publisher's official website. Please ensure that all in-text citations match the reference list and beware of incorrect or AI-generated citations.
  • AI-generated figures or images should only be used as an assistive tool. Authors should provide the scientific concepts and clear guidance to AI, carefully verify and edit all generated figures, and ensure their accuracy. Authors are fully responsible for the originality and correctness of all figures submitted.
