บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยเรื่อง การศึกษาค้นคว้าอิสระ เรื่องปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อความผูกพันในองค์กรของบุคลากรในธุรกิจสายการบิน Low-cost : กรณีศึกษาพนักงานฝ่ายปฏิบัติงานภาคพื้นดิน วัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาคุณภาพชีวิตการทำงาน ที่มีผลต่อความผูกพันของบุคลากรในธุรกิจสายการบิน Low-cost 2) เพื่อศึกษาลักษณะของงาน ที่มีผลต่อความผูกพันของบุคลากรในธุรกิจสายการบิน Low-cost และ 3) เพื่อศึกษาการรับรู้การสนับสนุนขององค์กรที่มีผลต่อความผูกพันของในธุรกิจสายการบิน Low-cost โดยใช้แบบสอบถามออนไลน์เป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล จากกลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 400 คน สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และทดสอบสมมติฐานด้วยค่าสถิติการถดถอยพหุคูณ

    ผลการศึกษา พบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง จำนวน 261 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 65.25 มีอายุระหว่าง 21 – 30 ปี จำนวน 249 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 62.3 มีระดับการศึกษาปริญญาตรี จำนวน 137 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 34.25 และมีอายุการทำงานน้อยกว่า 1 ปี จำนวน 161 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 40.25 โดยส่วนใหญ่ปฏิบัติงานในสายการบิน Thai AirAsia จำนวน 122 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 30.5 ตามลำดับ ซึ่งจากการศึกษาวิจัยพบว่า ปัจจัยด้านคุณภาพชีวิตในการทำงาน ปัจจัยด้านลักษณะงาน ปัจจัยด้านการรับรู้การสนับสนุนขององค์กร และความผูกพันต่อองค์กรของบุคลากร พบว่าทุกด้านมีความคิดเห็นโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากสำหรับการทดสอบสมมติฐาน พบว่าปัจจัยด้านคุณภาพชีวิตในการทำงาน ปัจจัยด้านลักษณะงาน ปัจจัยด้านการรับรู้การสนับสนุนขององค์กร ส่งผลความผูกพันต่อองค์กรของบุคลากรในธุรกิจสายการบิน Low-cost : กรณีศึกษาพนักงานฝ่ายปฏิบัติงานภาคพื้นดิน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05
