การศึกษารูปแบบการจัดกระบวนการเรียนรู้ และปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการจัดการเรียนรู้ในพิพิธภัณฑ์วิทยาศาสตร์ในเขตกรุงเทพฯ และปริมณฑล

บทคัดย่อ
งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อสำรวจและรวบรวมองค์ความรู้เกี่ยวกับรูปแบบการจัดการเรียนรู้ด้านวิทยาศาสตร์ในพิพิธภัณฑ์วิทยาศาสตร์ของประเทศไทย โดยเป็นงานวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ ดําเนินการวิจัยผ่านการสังเกตกิจกรรม และสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกผู้เกี่ยวข้องกับการจัดกระบวนการเรียนรู้ในพิพิธภัณฑ์วิทยาศาสตร์ 6 ท่าน จาก พิพิธภัณฑ์ 3 แห่งในประเทศไทย จากน้ันจึงนำผลการสัมภาษณ์มาทําการวิเคราะห์ผลการศึกษาด้วยวิธีการวิเคราะห์แก่นสาระ (thematic analysis) ผลการศึกษาปรากฏรูปแบบการเรียนรู้ใน 3 ลักษณะ อ้างอิงตามข้อเสนอแนะของประภัสสร โพธิ์ศรีทอง (Posrithong, 2006) ได้แก่ 1) การเรียนรู้ที่เป็นระบบ 2) การเรียนรู้ด้วยตนเอง และ 3) การเรียนรู้ตามอัธยาศัย ขณะที่ปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการจัดกระบวนการเรียนรู้ใน พิพิธภัณฑ์วิทยาศาสตร์ที่ปรากฏในงานวิจัยคร้ังนี้มี 3 ปัจจัย ได้แก่ 1) หลักสูตรของกระทรวงศึกษาธิการ 2) ความเชี่ยวชาญของผู้จัดกระบวนการ และ 3) งบประมาณ ซึ่งผลการวิจัยดังกล่าวสอดคล้องกับงานวิจัยหลายชิ้นที่มีการศึกษาก่อนหน้านี้ ผลการวิจัยทั้งหมดชี้ให้เห็นถึงความสําคัญของผู้จัดกระบวนการเรียนรู้ในพิพิธภัณฑ์ที่มีบทบาทอย่างยิ่งต่อการจัดกระบวนการเรียนรู้ ดังน้ันจึงเป็นประเด็นที่ควรทําการศึกษาเพิ่มเติมในอนาคตด้วย
