RISK MANAGEMENT OF SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS AFFECTING TO TEACHERS CONFIDENCE IN THE BANGLAMUNG GROUP UNDER CHONBURI PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE 3

The purposes of this research were 1) to study the risk management of school administrators in the Bang Lamung school. 2) to study the confidence of teachers in schools in the Bang Lamung school. 3) to study risk management of school administrators affecting to teacher confidence in the Bang Lamung group under Chonburi primary educational service office 3.The sample consisted of 175 administrators and teachers selected by Krejcie & Morgan table, stratified random sampling and simple random sampling. The research instrument was a questionnaire with a reliability coefficient 1.00 and a confidence level of alpha .95 and .92 The statistical analyses include means, percentage, standard deviations, and multiple regression analysis.
The research result found that:1) Risk management of school administrators in the Bang Lamung school were at a high level. When considering each aspect individually, the findings high level all dimensions, ranked in descending order of mean as follows: risk assessment, internal environment, monitoring, risk response, objective setting, information and communication, control activities, and event identification respectively. 2) the overall confidence of teachers in the Bang Lamung school group was at a high level. When considering each aspect individually, the findings high level all dimensions, ranked in descending order of mean as follows: commitment, competence, and friendliness, respectively. The multiple regression analysis of the impact of risk management on teacher confidence revealed that the selected risk management variables included objective setting (X2), event identification (X3), and risk response (X5) with a predictive coefficient of 79.90%. The predictive equation can be written in raw scores as follows:
Ŷtot = -1.256 - 0.158X2 + 0.264X3 - 0.169X5
And the raw score-based equation:
ZŶtot = -0.206ZX2 + 0.197ZX3 - 0.156ZX5
