แนวทางการออกแบบกิจกรรมการท่องเที่ยวเชิงเกษตรวัฒนธรรม เพื่อการเรียนรู้อย่างสร้างสรรค์ในสวนเกษตร จังหวัดนครนายก

การวิจัยในนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาแนวทางการออกแบบกิจกรรมการท่องเที่ยวเชิงเกษตรวัฒนธรรมเพื่อการเรียนรู้อย่างสร้างสรรค์ในสวนเกษตร จังหวัดนครนายก โดยดำเนินการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพกับผู้ให้ข้อมูลหลัก (Key-Informant) ได้แก่ บุคลากรของสวนเกษตรที่เปิดพื้นที่การเรียนรู้หรือประกอบการด้านการท่องเที่ยว นักท่องเที่ยวชาวไทย และผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านวัฒนธรรมหรือการท่องเที่ยว รวมจำนวน 30 คน ด้วยวิธีการเลือกแบบเจาะจง (Purposive Sampling) โดยใช้การสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกจากเครื่องมือการวิจัยแบบสัมภาษณ์กึ่งโครงสร้าง (Semi-Structured Interview) สำหรับการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากการศึกษาในสถานที่จริง นำมาวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยการวิเคราะห์แก่นสาระ (Thematic Analysis) เพื่อสกัดใจความสำคัญที่สามารถนำมาเป็นแนวทางการออกแบบกิจกรรมการท่องเที่ยวได้
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า การออกแบบกิจกรรมที่ส่งเสริมการมีส่วนร่วมเชิงปฏิบัติ การออกแบบกิจกรรมที่มีวัตถุประสงค์การเรียนรู้ชัดเจน การออกแบบกิจกรรมที่สนุกสนานและกระตุ้นการเรียนรู้ และการออกแบบกิจกรรมที่ออกแบบให้เหมาะกับกลุ่มเป้าหมาย เป็นแนวทางอันนำมาสู่การสร้างกิจกรรมการท่องเที่ยวเชิงเกษตรวัฒนธรรมที่เอื้อต่อการเรียนรู้อย่างสร้างสรรค์ มีประสิทธิภาพ สร้างประสบการณ์เชิงความหมาย และตอบสนองความต้องการของนักท่องเที่ยวได้อย่างแท้จริง ตลอดจนช่วยยกระดับกิจกรรมการท่องเที่ยวเชิงเกษตรควบคู่กับการส่งเสริมการอนุรักษ์วัฒนธรรมให้ก่อเกิดความยั่งยืน
