Efficient management to reduce the impact on the financial operations of industrial plants in the Special Economic Development Zone, Mae Sot District, Tak Province

Abstract
This research aimed to study the logistics management efficiency affecting the performance of industrial factories in the Tak Special Economic Development Zone. The population used in this study consisted of 73 factory operators in the Special Economic Zone area of Mae Sot District, Tak Province. The research tool used is a questionnaire. The statistics used in the research included frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and correlation and regression analysis.
The research results found that the operators had the highest level of opinions on logistics management efficiency and overall performance. From the correlation analysis between logistics management efficiency and performance, it was found that logistics management efficiency in terms of logistics communication, order processing, procurement, inventory management, and transportation affected the financial performance of industrial factories.
