Abstract
This research is a participatory Action Research (PAR). The sample group in this research was the Sa Kaeo Fragrance Community Enterprise (Do Well). The potential for development has outstanding products. but lack of effective marketing communication methods Therefore, jointly created a Facebook page to sell products and 12 hours of training for leaders and stakeholders to develop a manual for online merchandising suitable for the community and photographic techniques in public relations. Leads to selling products through Facebook, generating income for the current target audience. The results of the survey of satisfaction with public relations through Facebook pages found that the content presentation of the respondents had a level of opinion that Product images were the first with an average 4.50 standard deviation of 0.50, followed by the content of the product presentation was interesting with a mean of 4.04, the standard deviation of 0.80, and the third was the public relations with notification.
