Research on Career development guidelines for the elderly Ban Ko Ta Thien community, Mai Ngam sub-district, Muang district, Tak province was a participatory action research. The objective of this study was to study the guidelines for career development in the elderly group. and to establish and operate a career group for the elderly The target group was the elderly in Ban Ko Ta Thien community, Mai Ngam sub-district, Muang district, Tak province, totaling 20 people. Data were collected by document research, questionnaires, in-depth interviews. Group discussion, brainstorming, data analysis with inductive summaries and descriptive statistics. The guidelines for career development for the elderly are participatory. by the cooperation of Rajamangala University of Technology Lanna with the community for career development for the elderly and enhance the group's product development and generate income for the elderly to have a good quality of life
