AMPHETAMINE AND DERIVATIVE LAWS AND MEASURES: UNITED STATES

Abstract
The direction and policy of the Thai drug law has been brought to the United States for the prevention and suppression of drug offenses, prevention, rehabilitation. And litigation especially amphetamine type very addictive in Thailand. This article aims to study the United States law on amphetamine and its derivatives. which is consistent with the 1971 Psychotropic Substances Convention by the United Nations. Although Thailand is part of this international law, it does not apply the correct principles to the law and policy on drugs, especially amphetamines and their derivatives. The article aims to highlight the importance of the law on amphetamines and their derivatives. According to the law relating to such substances in the United States, there are laws relating to drug classification. It is a country that focuses on drug or substance abuse problems. Because over the past several decades, the United States has always had problems with drugs or substance abuse. But the current US laws and measures on amphetamines and their derivatives are of great interest. Because there are good and effective ways to deal with amphetamine users and their derivatives, This will allow for the development of laws and measures for the effective management of problems related to amphetamines and derivatives in Thailand.
