The objectives and scope of the journal

Rangsit Journal of Law and Society (RJLS) is Rangist University School of Law's academic journal with the purpose of encouraging the study, research, teaching, and dissemination of knowledge regarding law and society. RJLS aims to publish research articles and academic articles in the spheres of legal and social disciplines. 

The proposal to be published in RJLS is open for the researchers, the academics, the faculty members, and the students within Rangsit University, and other institutions, including any person who is interested in the academic pursuit, both in Thai and English languages.

1st issue: January – April

 2nd issue: May-August

3rd issue: September – December

Peer review process

All RJLS-published articles must be double-blind peer reviewed by three distinguished reviewers. In addition, the article submitted by the internal author shall be reviewed by the external and non-interested reviewers to the author. These shall intensify and ensure the quality of our peer review process before publication.

Upon the editorial board or the invited distinguished reviewer's aspect that the submitted article should be amended, the editorial board shall return the article to the author for revision. The comments provided by the reviewers of the article are considered the principal opinions. The editorial board reserves the right not to publish an article that is not in alignment with RJSL's direction or has not been reviewed and approved by the editorial board or distinguished reviewers. After being published, the author shall receive the link to the published article, together with the certification of RJLS publication.
