The article submitted for the RJLS publication should be within the scope of legal and social studies, and must not be in the peer review proceeding of other journals, or has already been published. The rules regarding the proposal and the reference system of RJLS must be strictly followed.

           Furthermore, the authors must not provide false information by falsification, distortion, alteration, or revealing merely the data that supports the author's conclusion. The Authors must also follow the research ethics by restraining from copying or infringing others' work. RJLS has set up a plagiarism inspection by the Copycat program on the Thaijo website, with a limit of not more than 25 percent. This has been in effect since 30 June 2021. It is to be noted that, the editorial board and RJLS staff have no copyright ownership or accountability for the creation, opinion, and perspective expressed in the articles published in RJLS. Such rights and responsibilities lie with the authors of the articles.

          The authors shall register and pay 6,000 baht (six thousand baht) fee per article through the registration system. Such fee shall be used merely for the internal proceeding and shall be refunded only if the article is rejected for the RJLS publication. However, the fee is non-refundable if the article has already been submitted for peer review.

Article Preparation

  1. The manuscript must be between 9-15 A4 or B4 single-sided pages, excluding the reference, single space with double space between paragraphs. The page layout must be one-inch margins on the top, bottom, and sides of the page. THSarabunPSK font (Click for the example) is required. Moreover, any figure or table presented in the article must be explicit and provide a specific and bold serial number at the bottom of each figure and each table. For instance, Table 1 and Figure 1. The order of the figures and the tables must be in accordance with the order of the content written in the article. In addition, each figure and table shall provide the relevant, concise, sufficient and comprehensible detail without a need for the readers to re-read the article.
  2. Both Thai and English titles of the article must be provided in the middle of the first page of the manuscript.
  3. The name and the institution of the author shall be provided in Thai and English
  4. The requirement for the abstract is 300-350 words in Thai.
  5. Three to five keywords in Thai and English are required.
  6. The main topics shall be at the left margin, and the subtopic shall be three to five letters away from the main topic. All of the subtopics must be in the same font size. Further, double space is required when starting the new main topic.
  7. The number, abbreviation, and parenthesis should be in the Arabic numeral and universal form only. The full word must be provided in the first place, and the English parenthesis should be used, as follows, (Student-centered learning)

       

The content of the research article shall be arranged in the following order:

  1. Abstract presenting the concise conclusion of the purpose, methodology, and the result of the research.
  2. Introduction indicating the background and the importance of the problem which the research aims to solve, and the purpose of the research.
  3. Research Methodology providing the methods, the formality, and the tools used for collecting the groups of example and the data, indicating the size of the example groups, analyzing the data, and conducting the research.
  4. Result orderly and explicitly presenting the outcome according to the purpose of the research. The result should be provided in the form of a table or chart.
  5. Discussion indicating the relation between the result and the framework of the research, as well as the previous relevant research. The discussion should be presented in the form of an essay elaborating the relation of every studied variable, not in points.
  6. The Originality and Body of Knowledge (if there is any) identifying the body of knowledge originally achieved from the research. Such originality and body of knowledge shall be synthesized and delivered in the form of the model, with a concise and simple explanation regarding the form and the structure of such model.
  7. Conclusion/Recommendation delivering the essential conclusion and the recommendation for the application of the research, and the issues for future research.
  8. References provide only the references expressed in the research article.

     

The content of the academic article shall be arranged in the following order:

  3. Content providing the substantial information that the author would like to present in order.
  4. Conclusion
  5. Reference

The format of the article to be published in Rangsit Journal of Law and Society

            The manuscript submitted for the peer review process shall be in the form of .docx of Microsoft Word Version 2010 or more updated versions. The illustration, table, or equation shall be submitted separately from the manuscript, in the form of "*.PDF, *.JPG, *.GIF, or *.bmp. The length of the manuscript must be within 12 pages excluding the references. The editorial board shall conduct the initial screening, regarding the application of format in general. If the manuscript has not been approved for the peer review, it shall be sent back for the amendment. Once the manuscript has been approved, it shall be submitted to the distinguished reviewers for their consideration. The author shall be informed about the result of the peer review, whether the manuscript has been accepted, rejected, or required to be revised. It is to be noted that the reviews of the submitted manuscripts to be published in RJLS also consider factors regarding diversity and suitability.

 

The Rights of the Editors

Upon the editorial board or the invited distinguished reviewer's aspect that the submitted article should be amended, the editorial board shall return the article to the author for revision. The comments provided by the reviewers of the article are considered the principal opinions. The editorial board reserves the right not to publish an article that is not in alignment with RJSL's direction or has not been reviewed and approved by the editorial board or distinguished reviewers. After being published, the author shall receive the link to the published article, together with the certification of RJLS publication.
