อิทธิพลของกระแสเงินสดต่อการถือครองเงินสด และค่าธรรมเนียมการสอบบัญชี: กรณีศึกษาบริษัทจดทะเบียนในตลาดหลักทรัพย์ เอ็ม เอ ไอ

บทความนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ของกระแสเงินสด การถือครองเงินสด และค่าธรรมเนียมการสอบบัญชี และ
2) เพื่อศึกษาอิทธิพลของกระแสเงินสด การถือครองเงินสด และค่าธรรมเนียมการสอบบัญชี การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ข้อมูลบริษัทจดทะเบียนในตลาดหลักทรัพย์ เอ็ม เอ ไอ จำนวน 119 บริษัท ตั้งแต่ปีพ.ศ. 2563 - พ.ศ. 2565 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ การวิเคราะห์ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ และการวิเคราะห์สมการถดถอย เชิงพหุคูณ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ค่าธรรมเนียมการสอบบัญชี มีความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวกที่มีนัยสำคัญกับกระแสเงินสด จากการลงทุน (r = 0.247,
p < 0.01) ในขณะที่ไม่มีความสัมพันธ์ที่มีนัยสำคัญกับกระแสเงินสดจากการดำเนินงาน (r = –0.028, p > 0.05) กระแสเงินสดจากการจัดหาเงิน (r = –0.161, p > 0.05) และการถือครองเงินสด
(r = 0.013, p > 0.05) และ 2) กระแสเงินสดจากการลงทุน และกระแสเงินสดจากการจัดหาเงิน มีอิทธิพลต่อการถือครองเงินสด และค่าธรรมเนียมการสอบบัญชี ในขณะที่กระแสเงินสดจากการดำเนินงาน และการถือครองเงินสด ไม่มีอิทธิพลต่อค่าธรรมเนียมการสอบบัญชี ทั้งนี้ผลการวิจัยสะท้อนได้ว่ากระแสเงินสดจากการลงทุนเป็นปัจจัยเดียวที่สัมพันธ์กับค่าธรรมเนียมการสอบบัญชีอย่างมีนัยสำคัญ นอกจากนี้ยังพบว่ากระแสเงินสดจากการลงทุนและการจัดหาเงินมีอิทธิพลต่อการถือครองเงินสด ซึ่งแสดงให้เห็นว่าความซับซ้อนด้านการลงทุนและโครงสร้างเงินทุนมีบทบาทต่อทั้งสภาพคล่องและต้นทุนการตรวจสอบบัญชีของกิจการ
