การตัดสินใจลงทุนในหุ้นสามัญของพนักงานออมสิน เขตภาคเหนือ

การศึกษาวิจัยในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลที่มีผลต่อการตัดสินใจลงทุนในหุ้นสามัญ 2) ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยการลงทุนกับการตัดสินใจลงทุนในหุ้นสามัญ และ 3) ศึกษาพฤติกรรมการตัดสินใจลงทุนในหุ้นสามัญของพนักงานธนาคารออมสิน เขตภาคเหนือ ผู้วิจัยได้ใช้แบบสอบถามในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล จำนวน 400 คน สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล สถิติเชิงพรรณนา ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน เพื่อบรรยายลักษณะข้อมูล สถิติเชิงอนุมาน ได้แก่ ค่าสถิติไคสแควร์ และสถิติสหสัมพันธ์อย่างง่ายของเพียร์สัน ในการทดสอบสมมติฐาน ผลการศึกษาพบว่า พนักงานออมสิน เขตภาคเหนือ ส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง มีอายุ 31–40 ปี มีสถานภาพโสด ระดับการศึกษาปริญญาตรี มีรายได้เฉลี่ย 20,001–40,000 บาท การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลพบว่า พนักงานออมสิน เขตภาคเหนือ ที่มีเพศและสถานภาพแตกต่างกัน มีพฤติกรรมในการลงทุนด้านลักษณะการลงทุน ด้านแหล่งที่มาของเงินทุน ไม่ต่างกัน พนักงานออมสิน เขตภาคเหนือ ที่มีอายุ ระดับการศึกษา รายได้ ตำแหน่งงาน และประสบการณ์ในการลงทุนแตกต่างกัน มีพฤติกรรมการตัดสินใจลงทุนในหุ้นสามัญ ด้านลักษณะการลงทุน และกลุ่มหลักทรัพย์ที่มีการซื้อขายบ่อยครั้ง แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 ผลการทดสอบความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยการลงทุนกับพฤติกรรมการลงทุนที่มีผลต่อการตัดสินใจลงทุนในหุ้นสามัญ พบว่า มีพฤติกรรมการตัดสินใจลงทุนในกลุ่มหลักทรัพย์แตกต่างกัน มีพฤติกรรมการลงทุนในด้านลักษณะการลงทุน แหล่งที่มาของเงินทุน ไม่ต่างกัน นอกจากนี้ ปัจจัยการลงทุนด้านอัตราผลตอบแทน มีความสัมพันธ์กับพฤติกรรมการตัดสินใจลงทุนในหุ้นสามัญ ในเรื่องการถือครองหลักทรัพย์ และระยะเวลาเฉลี่ยในการถือครองหลักทรัพย์
