การวิเคราะห์เกมกระดานเพื่อการจัดการความขัดแย้ง: แนวทางการออกแบบเพื่อพัฒนาทักษะในองค์การ

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อวิเคราะห์เกมกระดาน 5 เกมที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการจัดการความขัดแย้ง ได้แก่ Stop, Relax and Resolve,
The Social Conflict Game, Peacetown, Conflict Resolution Bingo Game และ StarStruck โดยใช้การวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาเชิงคุณภาพ ภายใต้กรอบแนวคิดการออกแบบเกมของ Tinsman (2008), Silverman (2013), Barrett (2020) และทฤษฎีการเรียนรู้ The Revised Bloom’s Taxonomy ของ Anderson et al. (2001) ผลการศึกษานำไปสู่การสังเคราะห์แนวทางการพัฒนาเกมกระดาน
ที่มีประสิทธิภาพสำหรับการเรียนรู้เรื่องการจัดการความขัดแย้ง
โดยพบ 8 องค์ประกอบหลัก ได้แก่ 1) วัตถุประสงค์การเรียนรู้
2) กลไกเกม 3) กติกาและโครงสร้างการเล่น 4) ประสบการณ์ของผู้เล่น 5) ปฏิสัมพันธ์และการสะท้อนความคิด 6) เนื้อหาและสถานการณ์จำลอง 7) ระบบรางวัลและผลกระทบ และ 8) ความหลากหลายและความท้าทาย ผลการวิเคราะห์ชี้ให้เห็นว่าเกมกระดานสามารถเป็นเครื่องมือทางการเรียนรู้ที่ทรงพลังในการฝึกฝนทักษะการจัดการความขัดแย้งภายในองค์การได้ เนื่องจากสามารถออกแบบ ให้สะท้อนสถานการณ์ที่มีความซับซ้อนและเปิดโอกาสให้ผู้เล่นฝึกการตัดสินใจ การเจรจา และการเข้าใจมุมมองที่แตกต่าง ข้อจำกัดของการวิจัยนี้คือการมุ่งเน้นเฉพาะการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาจากเกมกระดานที่ถูกพัฒนาขึ้นมาแล้วซึ่งอาจไม่เหมาะกับบริบทเฉพาะ จึงเสนอแนะให้นำเอาแนวคิดในการออกแบบเกมกระดานที่ได้จากการศึกษาในครั้งนี้ไปใช้ในการพัฒนาเกมกระดานต้นแบบที่สอดคล้องกับวัฒนธรรมการเรียนรู้ในบริบทของไทยต่อไป
