บทความนี้นำเสนอการพัฒนาแบบจำลองการจัดการนวัตกรรมการตลาดบริการในยุคดิจิทัล ภายใต้กรอบแนวคิด S.E.R.V.E. ซึ่งพัฒนาขึ้นจากการทบทวนวรรณกรรมอย่างเป็นระบบ โดยเชื่อมโยง
องค์ความรู้ทางการตลาดบริการเข้ากับแนวโน้มเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัล
และพฤติกรรมผู้บริโภคที่เปลี่ยนแปลงรวดเร็ว แบบจำลอง S.E.R.V.E. ประกอบด้วย 5 องค์ประกอบ ได้แก่ S – Smart System Integration การใช้ AI Big Data Automationเพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพและการตอบสนองแบบเรียลไทม์ E – Experiential Engagement การออกแบบประสบการณ์และการมีส่วนร่วมของลูกค้าในทุก Touchpoint R – Relationship Personalization
การใช้ข้อมูลเพื่อสร้างบริการเฉพาะบุคคลและความภักดีระยะยาว
V – Value Co-Creation การเปิดโอกาสให้ลูกค้ามีส่วนร่วมในการออกแบบบริการ และ E – Ethical & Sustainable Practices
การดำเนินธุรกิจบนฐานจริยธรรมและความยั่งยืน แบบจำลองนี้
ตั้งอยู่บนรากฐานของ 6 แนวคิดหลัก ได้แก่ 1) Service-Dominant Logic 2) Service Innovation 3) Customer Experience & Personalization 4)Technology Acceptance Model (TAM)5)Innovation Diffusion Theory (IDT) และ6) Digital Transformation Framework ซึ่งช่วยอธิบายกลไกการสร้างคุณค่าใหม่ในเศรษฐกิจดิจิทัล ผลลัพธ์ที่สำคัญแสดงให้เห็นว่า S.E.R.V.E. สามารถใช้เป็นกรอบเชิงกลยุทธ์เพื่อยกระดับศักยภาพการแข่งขันของธุรกิจบริการ โดยเน้นการใช้เทคโนโลยีควบคู่กับการสร้างประสบการณ์และความสัมพันธ์ที่ยั่งยืน โมเดลนี้ยังเป็นประโยชน์ในเชิงปฏิบัติสำหรับผู้ประกอบการและผู้กำหนดนโยบาย โดยสามารถประยุกต์ใช้กับอุตสาหกรรมที่หลากหลาย เช่น การท่องเที่ยว
และโรงแรม บริการสุขภาพ การศึกษา การเงิน และธุรกิจดิจิทัล
เพื่อพัฒนาและปรับใช้กลยุทธ์บริการที่ตอบสนองต่อความเปลี่ยนแปลงของเศรษฐกิจดิจิทัลได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
