ปัจจัยการยอมรับเทคโนโลยีและความเชื่อมั่นของผู้บริโภคที่มีอิทธิพล ต่อการตัดสินใจซื้อฮอร์โมนพืชผ่านช่องทางออนไลน์ในประเทศไทย

บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาอิทธิพลของปัจจัยการยอมรับเทคโนโลยีและปัจจัยด้านความเชื่อมั่นที่มีต่อการตัดสินใจซื้อฮอร์โมนพืชผ่านช่องทางออนไลน์ในประเทศไทย โดยใช้กรอบแนวคิดแบบจำลองการยอมรับเทคโนโลยี (Technology Acceptance Model: TAM) ร่วมกับแนวคิดด้านความเชื่อมั่นของผู้บริโภค กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ผู้ที่มีประสบการณ์ซื้อฮอร์โมนพืชผ่านช่องทางออนไลน์ จำนวน 385 คน คัดเลือกด้วยวิธีการสุ่มแบบเจาะจง (Purposive Sampling) เครื่องมือที่ใช้คือแบบสอบถามซึ่งผ่านการตรวจสอบความเที่ยงตรงและความเชื่อมั่น วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา และการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ตัวแปรอิสระที่นำมาวิเคราะห์ทั้งหมดจำนวน 6 ตัวแปร ประกอบด้วยปัจจัยการยอมรับเทคโนโลยี 3 ด้าน ได้แก่ การรับรู้ประโยชน์ การรับรู้ความง่ายต่อการใช้งาน และทัศนคติที่มีต่อการใช้งาน และปัจจัยด้าน ความเชื่อมั่น 3 ด้าน ได้แก่ คุณภาพสินค้าและการบริการ ความน่าเชื่อถือของเว็บไซต์ และภาพลักษณ์ของสินค้าและองค์กร เมื่อนำมาวิเคราะห์ร่วมกันในสมการถดถอยพหุคูณ พบว่า มี 3 ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลเชิงบวกต่อ การตัดสินใจซื้อฮอร์โมนพืชผ่านช่องทางออนไลน์อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ โดยเรียงลำดับตามอิทธิพลต่อ การตัดสินใจสูงที่สุด ได้แก่ การรับรู้ประโยชน์ รองลงมาคือการรับรู้ความง่ายต่อการใช้งาน และภาพลักษณ์ของสินค้าและองค์กร ตามลำดับ ทั้งนี้ โมเดลถดถอยพหุคูณสามารถอธิบายความแปรปรวนของการตัดสินใจซื้อฮอร์โมนพืชผ่านช่องทางออนไลน์ได้ร้อยละ 46.90 ผลการวิจัยสามารถนำไปใช้เป็นแนวทางในการพัฒนา กลยุทธ์การตลาดออนไลน์ของผู้ประกอบการสินค้าเกษตร โดยเฉพาะการออกแบบแพลตฟอร์มที่ใช้งานง่าย การสื่อสารคุณค่าของสินค้าอย่างชัดเจน และการสร้างภาพลักษณ์ที่ดีของสินค้าและองค์กรเพื่อสนับสนุนการตัดสินใจซื้อผ่านช่องทางออนไลน์และส่งเสริมการเติบโตของตลาดสินค้าเกษตรในระยะยาว
