การบูรณาการวิธีวิจัยแบบผสมผสานเพื่อพัฒนากลยุทธ์การออกแบบประสบการณ์การท่องเที่ยวโดยชุมชนบนฐานคิด BCG

การท่องเที่ยวโดยชุมชน (Community-Based Tourism: CBT)
มีบทบาทสำคัญต่อเศรษฐกิจฐานรากและความยั่งยืนของการท่องเที่ยวไทยภายใต้โมเดลเศรษฐกิจ BCG อย่างไรก็ตามการศึกษาด้านการออกแบบประสบการณ์บนฐานคิด BCG โดยตรงยังมีจำนวนจำกัด การวิจัยนี้มุ่งพัฒนากลยุทธ์การออกแบบประสบการณ์ด้วยวิธีวิจัยแบบผสมผสาน ในส่วนเชิงปริมาณ เก็บข้อมูลจากนักท่องเที่ยว 400 คน ณ วิสาหกิจชุมชนท่องเที่ยวบ้านน้ำเชี่ยว จังหวัดตราด
และวิเคราะห์ด้วย Importance–Performance Analysis (IPA)
เพื่อเปรียบเทียบความคาดหวังและการรับรู้ รวมถึงระบุจุดแข็งและประเด็นที่ควรพัฒนา โดยแบบสอบถามมีค่าความเชื่อมั่น อยู่ในระดับสูง (Cronbach’s alpha = 0.969) ในส่วนเชิงคุณภาพ ใช้วิธีการประชุมกลุ่มย่อย (Focus Group Discussion: FGD) กับผู้มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้อง 12 คน เพื่อสำรวจทรัพยากร อัตลักษณ์ และบริบทการจัดการ การท่องเที่ยวของชุมชน การบูรณาการผลวิจัยทั้งสองส่วนร่วมกับกรอบแนวคิดทางทฤษฎี นำไปสู่การสังเคราะห์ “กระบวนการออกแบบประสบการณ์การท่องเที่ยวโดยชุมชนบนฐานคิด BCG (CBT–BCG Experience Design Model)” ซึ่งประกอบด้วย 7 ขั้นตอน ได้แก่ การกำหนดวิสัยทัศน์และการมีส่วนร่วม การพัฒนาทรัพยากร การกำหนดธีม การออกแบบจุดสัมผัส การบูรณาการฐานคิด BCG การพัฒนาศักยภาพ และการจัดการ ความเสี่ยง กระบวนการดังกล่าวผ่านการตรวจสอบความเหมาะสมจากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิและได้รับการยืนยัน ถึงความเป็นไปได้เชิงปฏิบัติ ผลการศึกษาจึงนำไปสู่กรอบเชิงกลยุทธ์ที่ช่วยยกระดับคุณภาพประสบการณ์ สร้างมูลค่าเพิ่มให้กิจกรรมท่องเที่ยว และเสริมความสามารถในการแข่งขันของการท่องเที่ยวโดยชุมชนควบคู่กับการพัฒนาอย่างยั่งยืนภายใต้แนวคิด BCG
