Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • In the submission process, authors must review and comply with all items listed in the submission checklist. Manuscripts may be returned to the authors if they fail to meet any of these requirements.
  • The author submits the article manuscript to the editorial board via the ThaiJo online system: https://so07.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/VRUJ
  • The manuscript must be prepared in both .docx and PDF formats.
  • Manuscripts submitted for publication must not have been previously published in any form and must not be under consideration for publication in any other journal or publication. The content should be of interest, current, and capable of being applied in practice.
  • Authors must submit the manuscript file through the online submission system in accordance with the journal’s author guidelines.
  • All journal communications will be conducted through the online journal system. The journal will contact and notify you primarily via the email address you provided during registration, in order for you to send and receive information through the journal website. Therefore, please check your email inbox to ensure that you have received messages from the journal. If you do not receive any email after submitting your manuscript (as emails may occasionally be directed to your spam or junk mail folder), please contact us at educationjournal@vru.ac.th
  • Please provide your name or mobile phone number in the “Message to the Editor” field and click Save. If you have any questions, you may also contact us through this channel.
  • Authors who wish to submit their manuscripts for publication in the journal are not required to pay any publication fees at any stage of the publication process.

The names, email addresses, and other personal information entered on this journal website will be used solely for the purposes specified by the journal. Such information will not be disclosed, shared, or used for any other purposes, nor will it be provided to any other individual or organization.
 
CopyCatch
The manuscript must have a similarity index not exceeding 15%. After the author has revised the manuscript in accordance with the comments of all three reviewers and completed all required revisions, the journal will, prior to entering the production process, upload the author’s manuscript file consisting of only the title and the main body of the article for similarity screening through the CopyCatch system. If the similarity index exceeds 15%, the journal will return the manuscript to the author for further revision until it meets the specified threshold. Only then will the journal issue the official letter of acceptance and proceed to the next stage of the publication process.
