Development of a Data Storage System for Graduate Students for use in Internal Education Quality Assurance at the Curriculum Level Faculty of Associated Medical Sciences, Khon Kaen University

Abstract

This article aims to study the problems of the graduate student data collectionsystem and to study the guidelines for the development of data storage systems for usein internal quality assurance, Faculty of Associated Medical Sciences, Khon Kaen University. Data was collected from eight key informants, selecting specific key informants. The tool used was the interview form. The results of the quality inspection were given a content validity index of 1.00 and the content was analyzed. It was found that: 1) The problems and obstacles in data storage were system design problems and data problems. 2) The guidelines for developing a data collection system for graduate students for use in internal quality assurance by the Faculty of Associated Medical Sciences at Khon Kaen University were to adjust the data collection format from the former using the Microsoft Excel program to the Microsoft Power BI program. The development result found that you could store a lot of data, analyze it accurately, quickly, and efficiently, and manage it instantly via the Dashboard, which was capable of assigning access rights to users. This makes it highly secure in the use of data.
