The Development of the Consumables Management System of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Nakhon Pathom Rajabhat University

Abstract

The objectives of this research were 1) To study the problems and needs in developing the consumables management system of various disciplines, 2) To develop the consumables management system, and 3) To study the level of satisfaction of the person responsible for the disbursement of consumables towards the development of the consumables management system. The study population includes those responsible for reimbursing the subject's consumables and ASEAN Studies under the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, totaling 16 people.The research tools were the executive interview form regarding the guidelines for the development of the consumables management system Consumables Management System Efficiency Questionnaire and a questionnaire on satisfaction with the consumables management system of the Faculty of Humanities and social sciences Nakhon Pathom Rajabhat University.

The results showed that 1) The problem was that the formula was not used for calculating both the bill of materials and the inventory of materials and the material billing was repeated. Did not list the purchase materials of the fiscal year 2021. Enter the amount of disbursement in the remaining amount box by entering the name of the disburser in the remark box. Put the amount paid in the wrong box. Inventories report is missing all items. 2) Consumables management system of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences Nakhon Pathom Rajabhat University, consisting of personnel and shops information Information on materials in stock, recording, receiving - paying for materials, requisition, account summary as a list Summarized by category Summary of year-end summary Summary of supplies and summarize the balance brought forward to the new fiscal year system performance feedback level Overall, it was at the highest level and 3) the level of satisfaction of the person responsible for disbursing consumables of various disciplines in the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences towards the overall consumables management system development was in high level.
