Because the income from drug-related offenses is quite high. affecting the repeat offenses many times. Such facts are a problem of many countries. especially Thailand that is facing this problem. More repeat offences affect inmates' living conditions in prisons. In addition, due to the nature of drug offenses and high income resulting in the emergence of new addicts, producers, small traders, large numbers of empirical phenomena as well rise of offenders who are eventually arrested and prosecuted are often sentenced to imprisonment.
