ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการเลือกซื้อทองคำรูปพรรณ 96.5% ของเจเนอเรชันซี

การวิจัยในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) วิเคราะห์ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการเลือกซื้อทองคำรูปพรรณ 96.5% ของผู้บริโภคเจเนอเรชันซี
2) ศึกษาการตลาดเชิงความสัมพันธ์ที่ส่งผลต่อการเลือกซื้อทองคำรูปพรรณ 96.5% ของผู้บริโภคเจเนอเรชันซี และ 3) เพื่อศึกษาทัศนคติของผู้บริโภคเจเนอเรชันซีที่มีต่อการเลือกซื้อทองคำรูปพรรณ 96.5% กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ผู้บริโภคเจเนอเรชันซีอายุระหว่าง 16–30 ปี จำนวน 400 คน ที่อาศัยในจังหวัดเชียงราย โดยเก็บข้อมูลผ่านแบบสอบถาม และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนาและการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ผู้บริโภคเจเนอเรชันซีให้ความสำคัญกับปัจจัยด้านการตลาดเชิงความสัมพันธ์ในระดับสูง โดยเฉพาะปัจจัยด้านความน่าเชื่อถือ ความจงรักภักดี และการให้ความมั่นใจกับลูกค้า ซึ่งล้วนส่งผลอย่างมีนัยสำคัญต่อการตัดสินใจซื้อ (p < 0.05) ทั้งนี้ ปัจจัยด้านการดูแลเอาใจใส่ของพนักงานขายไม่พบผล เชิงสถิติที่มีนัยสำคัญ แสดงให้เห็นว่าผู้บริโภคเจเนอเรชันซีมีแนวโน้มค้นหาข้อมูลด้วยตนเองมากกว่าถูกชักจูงโดยพนักงานขาย ปัจจัยการตลาดเชิงความสัมพันธ์สามารถอธิบายความแปรปรวนของการตัดสินใจซื้อได้ ร้อยละ 40.80 นอกจากนี้ ปัจจัยด้านทัศนคติ ซึ่งประกอบด้วย ความรู้ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับทองคำรูปพรรณ และอารมณ์ความรู้สึกต่อทองคำ เช่น เป็นเครื่องประดับสวมใส่เพื่อความสวยงาม เพื่อการแสดงฐานะ/ชนชั้นทางสังคม และซื้อทองคำรูปพรรณ 96.5% เพื่อการลงทุน ล้วนมีผลต่อการเลือกซื้ออย่างมีนัยสำคัญ โดยปัจจัยด้านอารมณ์ความรู้สึกมีอิทธิพลสูงสุด
(β = 0.59 ,Sig. = 0.00) การวิจัยสะท้อนให้เห็นว่าการตลาด เชิงความสัมพันธ์ การเข้าใจอารมณ์ความรู้สึก และความรู้ความเข้าใจของผู้บริโภค เป็นปัจจัยสำคัญในการพัฒนาแนวทางการบริหารร้านทองให้ตอบสนองความต้องการของกลุ่มผู้บริโภครุ่นใหม่ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
