As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

  • Please completely consider the type of article, the scope of the journal, and the guidelines for manuscripts. Check the content of the article written that accomplishes the preliminary criteria of the journal or not.
  • The article which submission has not been during the consideration by other journals or conferences and has not been published in any part of the journal or proceeding such as an abstract, a research result or a full article.
  • Authors must not plagiarize other articles (plagiarism) or plagiarize their own articles (self-plagiarism).
  • The article submission must be in accordance with the journal process.
  • Authors must submit articles as Word files according to the journal template and must submit the articles with the submission form. The article submission must upload files via ThaiJo system.
  • The author must practice strictly follows the ethical framework and publication ethics.
  • All article processing charges are non-refundable operating fees. If the review process by three peer reviewers is finished and the result is rejected for publication in the Arts and Culture Journal of the Lower Moon River, the article processing charges will not be refunded.
  • Author must track the status of article from ThaiJo untill finish the journal process.
  • The author must practice strictly follows the AI Policy.

Preliminary Consideration of the Article.

In considering of the preliminary article, the journal will consider the type of article, the scope of the journal, and the manuscript which wrote follow guidelines for manuscripts. 

1. The type of article accepted in two types of articles in both academic and research articles.
1) The academic article should have content including correct data, clear concepts and presentations, useful for academic work for conservation, promotion and dissemination. The topics of the academic article including an abstract in both Thai and English versions, an introduction, and contents which should have section one: writing the basic theory for the topic to be discussed, section two: writing should have more expression in the topics of data analysis, reasoning, criticism, and the raising arguments must be in accordance with theoretical principles and have evidence based on academic principles, and section three: writing should present more opinions or suggestions, conclusion, acknowledgement (if any), and references.
2) The research article should have a research methodology, be clear on solving the problem, and research findings reveal new knowledge in the academic field or can be used for the benefit of conservation, promotion and dissemination. The content should include an abstract in both Thai and English versions, an introduction, objectives of the research, literature review,  research conceptual framework, research methodology, results, research findings and discussion, suggestions, acknowledgement (if any), and references.

2.  The scopes of this journal are:
- Arts and Culture, Learning Resources, and Local Wisdom
, including articles in the fields of music, history, philosophy of science, visual and performing arts, language and linguistics history, general arts, humanities, religious studies, articles that are a source of learning about people, places, and experiences, and articles on local wisdom regarding customs, traditions, beliefs, religion, language and literature, arts and archaeology musical and aesthetic aspects, aspects of life and science
- Interdisciplinary Humanities and Social Sciences for Enhancing Quality of Lifeways
, including articles in this category should contribute new knowledge that is valuable and beneficial within the humanities and social sciences fields. The integration of disciplines is essential to improve the quality of lifeways that focus on the specific characteristics of way of life, including livelihood and income, resource management, culture and local wisdom, and participation for communities, cities, societies, nations, and globally
- Education and Integrating Disciplines for Conservation and Sustainability, including articles on educational learning management, curriculum, and cultural areas, learning ecosystem management, innovation, computers, and technology for conservation, inheritance, and preservation of arts, culture, Thai Identity or International Identity, learning resources, and local wisdom.
- Creative Economy using Cultural Capital, including articles that enhance the Economy's level using cultural capital and wisdom as a baseline. There is a process of inheritance and focus on conveying meaning. Convey stories of cultural capital, wisdom, history, and beliefs through cultural products and services until there are changes to the area and income.

3. The guidelines for manuscripts considering accepting the article follow guidelines for manuscripts.

4. Conditions for publication in cases of duplication with documents that have already been published.
    1. The academic article  which checked with CopyCatch must be less than 20.0% or checked with Akarawisut must be less than 20.0% too.
    2. The research article  which checked with CopyCatch must be less than 20.0% or checked with Akarawisut must be less than 20.0% too.

5. The APC of the journal 
- Research articles/academic articles in Thai: 5,000 THB per article.
- Research articles/academic articles in English: 6,000 THB per article.

6. How to submit a manuscript into the journal system. Accepting the submission via the ThaiJo system only.
1. Authors are requested to submit document files via the ThaiJo system, including:
1.1 Research articles/academic articles in Word format (1 file)
1.2 Submission form (1 file)
2. First Decision: The editorial board will review the article after the document files are submitted. If the article meets the journal's scope and format, which passed the initial review, the journal will notify the author to pay the publication fee before sending it to assess the quality by reviewers.
Note: The journal reserves the right to cancel and reject consideration of the manuscript if the author has not submitted complete document files, the manuscript falls outside the journal's scope, or the manuscript does not adhere to the journal's specified reference format.
3. After transferring the payment via a bank account, please send the author's name, title, and transfer slip information via the journal system.
