Articles, content, and information which published in the Arts and Culture Journal of the Lower Moon River are the attitude, opinions, and responsibilities of the article's author. The editorial board do not necessarily to agree and do not responsible for that article.

All articles published open access will be immediately and permanently free for everyone to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to articles with free of charge. It's allow to access without having to ask permission in advance from the publisher or author and the original publication must be properly and appropriately citation.

The owner (The Office of Arts and Culture, Surindra Rajabhat University) reserves the right to require changes to the contribution, including changes to the length of the contribution, as a condition of acceptance. The owner reserves the right, notwithstanding acceptance, not to publish the contribution if for any reason such publication would in the reasonable judgment of the owner, result in legal liability or violation of journal ethical practices. If the owner decides not to publish the contribution, the article processing charges (APC) are non-refundable. After the official rejection, the contributor is free to submit the contribution to any other journal from any other publisher.
