The Arts and Culture Journal of the Lower Moon River has an Open Access policy for the publication from 2021 until the present edition. All content is available for free which free of charge and can be accessed worldwide through the internet network.

The users are allowed to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to articles with free of charge. It's allow to access without having to ask permission in advance from the publisher or author and the original publication must be properly and appropriately citation.
