Copyright Transfer Agreement (CTA)

This is the Copyright Transfer Agreement (CTA) for publication in the Arts and Culture Journal of the Lower Moon River. Published by the Office of Arts and Culture, Surindra Rajabhat University, Thailand. License Agreement for Publishing: CC BY-NC-ND 4.0. You will be asked to complete it when your paper is accepted for publication. This License to Publish must be signed and returned to the Editor before the manuscript can be published. A. COPYRIGHT; COPYRIGHT NOTICE; AUTHORSHIP; PUBLICATION
1. The Author and each Co-Author hereby assign to the Owner, during the full term of copyright and any extensions or renewals, all copyright in and to the Contribution, and all rights therein, including but not limited to the right to publish; republish; transmit; sell; distribute; and otherwise use the Contribution in whole or in part in electronic and print editions of the Journal and derivative works throughout the world, in all languages and in all media of expression now known or later developed, and to license or permit others to do so.
“Contribution” means the article submitted by the Author for publication in the Journal (including any embedded rich media) and all subsequent versions, excluding any Supporting Information. For Supporting Information submitted, the Owner is granted a perpetual, non-exclusive license to publish and use the information, including permitting others to do so.
2. Any reproduction, posting, transmission, or other distribution or use of the final Contribution in whole or in part by the Author or any Co-author as permitted by this Agreement must include an appropriate citation, including **Title of Article, Author and Co-authors, Journal Title and Volume/Issue, Copyright © [year], copyright owner, and Publisher**, with links to the final article where applicable.
3. If any material in the Contribution is generated by AI tools (Artificial Intelligence Generated Content, AIGC):
a) Such tools are not authors and cannot be listed as authors.
b) The Author or Co-author must transparently describe its use in Methods, Acknowledgment, or equivalent section (except for spelling, grammar, or general editing tools).
c) Authors are responsible for the accuracy of any information from AIGC and for citing supporting work. The Journal editor decides whether AIGC use is appropriate. (https://so07.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/acj/aipolicies)
4. Even if the Contribution is accepted, the Owner may require changes, including length, and may choose not to publish, or retract, withdraw, or publish corrections if deemed inconsistent with **Core Practices and COPE guidelines**: https://so07.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/acj/ethics

B. RETAINED RIGHTS
The Author and each Co-author, or their employer if applicable, retain all proprietary rights other than copyright, such as patent rights in any process, procedure, or product described in the Contribution.

C. GOVERNMENT CONTRACTS
If the Contribution is prepared under a Thai government contract or grant, the Thai government may reproduce all or part of it without charge and authorize others to do so.

D. COPYRIGHT NOTICE
The Owner, the Contributor, and the affiliated company/institution agree that any copies distributed or posted in print or electronic format must include the copyright notice as stipulated in the Journal and a full citation to the final published Contribution.

E. CONTRIBUTOR'S REPRESENTATIONS
The Contributor represents that:
The Contribution is original, all identified contributors contributed, and all contributors are included.
a) For joint Contributions, co-contributors have been informed and have given signed permission to execute this Agreement on their behalf.
b) The Contribution is submitted only to this Journal, has not been published elsewhere, and is not under consideration elsewhere.
c) Written permission has been obtained for any copyrighted excerpts from third parties.
d) The Contribution and supporting information contain no unlawful or libelous content, do not infringe rights, confidentiality, contracts, or laws, and use legally obtained data.
e) There are no conflicts of interest except as disclosed, with financial/material support and interests identified on the title page.

F. USE OF INFORMATION
The Contributor acknowledges that the Owner may process the Contributor’s data, including storing or transferring data outside the country, to process transactions and communicate. By signing, the Contributor agrees to data processing (and confirms permissions from co-contributors). By signing, the Contributor agrees to this Agreement and consents to electronic execution, which has the same legal force as a handwritten signature. Written permission from co-contributors has been obtained if applicable.
