Development of the Manual for the Electronic Document System for Personnel, Faculty of Management Science, Nakhon Pathom Rajabhat University

Abstract
The objectives of this research were to: 1) study the problem of using e-office system for staff of the Faculty of Management Science, Nakhon Pathom Rajabhat University 2) develop a user manual for e-document system and 3) compare the satisfaction of staff before and after using the e-document system. This research use mixed method research. The quantitative research sample group was 63 staff of the Faculty of Management Science, Nakhon Pathom Rajabhat University 63 people, calculated from the table of Krejcie & Morgan, using a simple random sampling method. Qualitative research section, The key informants were staff from the faculty of management science. Nakhon Pathom Rajabhat University, 5 people that selected by purposive sampling.
The results of the research revealed that 1) problems in the use of
e-document systems, most of them are caused by system instability and caused by users who still have a misunderstanding 2) The researcher has drafted a manual for the e-document system that passed the content validity check from experts It consists of 21 components and 3) the results of the comparison of staff satisfaction with the use of e-document system manual before and after use are different, with the after use was higher than before use in every aspect and the overall picture was statistically significant at the .05 level. Therefore, the development of the manual based on the problems of the agency will help the satisfaction or achievement after use is higher than before use.
