Abstract

 Abstract

The objective of this research is to develop a personnel database system for the Faculty of Science and Technology, Nakhon Pathom Rajabhat University, divided into two parts: 1) Developing a personnel database system for the Faculty of Science and Technology, Nakhon Pathom Rajabhat University. 2) Evaluating the system's performance using the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) principles. The research population consists of 30 support staff members of the Faculty of Science and Technology.   The tools used for system development include the MySQL database, Bootstrap Framework, PHP, and a satisfaction assessment questionnaire. Data analysis was conducted using statistical analysis, including mean percentage, standard deviation, and statistical inference.

The results of the satisfaction assessment of database users showed that the system's performance in terms of functionality met the requirements at a high level   ( x̄= 4.32, S.D. = 0.52), and the system's usability was also rated highly ( x̄ = 4.31, S.D. = 0.50).
