Development of Expert Reviewer Database System of the Academic Positioning Unit, Nakhon Pathom Rajabhat University

Abstract

This research has two objectives 1) To develop a database system for qualified personnel in the academic position determination unit at Nakhon Pathom Rajabhat University. 2) To evaluate the efficiency of the database management system for qualified personnel in the academic position determination unit at Nakhon Pathom Rajabhat University, using the principles of the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC). The research involved a population of 20 individuals and used tools such as SQL Server database, PHP programming language for creating web applications, and a satisfaction assessment questionnaire. Data analysis was conducted using statistical methods including percentages, means, and standard deviations. The research findings can be summarized as follows: The evaluation of the system's efficiency, as assessed by the user population, showed a high level of effectiveness (  = 4.37, S.D. = 0.55).
