All articles published open access will be immediately and permanently free for everyone to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to articles with free of charge. It's allow to access without having to ask permission in advance from the publisher or author and the original publication must be properly and appropriately citation.

The owner (The Office of Arts and Culture, Surindra Rajabhat University) reserves the right to require changes to the contribution, including changes to the length of the contribution, as a condition of acceptance.
