Activities Model based on Place-Based Education Through English Learning Activities to Enhance Sense of Place for Secondary Students in Nakhon Nayok Province

The objectives of this research were: (1) To study the body of knowledge about the system of classroom learning activities in the current private schools, (2) To develop a conceptual framework for the development system of academic administration for classroom learning activities based on Lean Thinking, (3) To develop the development system of academic administration for classroom learning activities based on Lean Thinking for private schools in the upper southern region (4) To test the effectiveness of the development system of academic administration for classroom learning activities based on Lean Thinking for private schools in the upper southern region and (5) To study the satisfaction level of the parents after the development system of academic administration for classroom learning activities based on Lean Thinking for private schools in the upper southern region.Research methodology is a quantitative research. There are two population groups: the sample of the teachers in Phubodin Pittayalai School 80 people and a sample of parents of students 291 people
Teacher development with the development system of academic administration for classroom learning activities based on Lean Thinking for private schools in the upper southern region had the content validity of 0.84 and the efficiency value of 81.88 / 81.31. Private school teachers that were developed according to “the development system of academic administration for classroom learning activities based on Lean Thinking for private schools” had a level of practice in organizing learning activities at the best level ( = 4.58,
= 0.54) and higher than the previous level of the teacher practice, which was moderate (
= 3.12,
= 0.60) by analyzing the data from the research questionnaire on Teacher Classroom Performance Assessment Form, having the validity value of 0.81 and the reliability value of 0.92.
A study of the satisfaction level of the parents towards the development system of academic administration for classroom learning activities based on Lean Thinking for private schools in the upper southern region by using a questionnaire with the validity value of 0.80 and the reliability value of 0.95 found that the parents were satisfied with the learning activities at the highest level (= 4.78, S.D = 0.50). It was higher than the satisfaction level of the learning activities before the teacher was developed (
= 3.58, S.D = 0.50).
