Creative Leadership of Administrators Affecting Organizational Culture in Schools under The Nakhon Pathom Primary Educational Service Area Office 2

Abstract

The purposes of this study are 1) To study the creative leadership of administrators under the Nakhon Pathom primary educational service area office 2, 2) To study the organizational culture in schools under the Nakhon Pathom primary educational service area office 2, and 3) To find out the creative leadership of administrators affecting organizational culture in schools under the Nakhon Pathom primary educational service area office 2. The sample is a group of 92 schools under the Nakhon Pathom primary educational service area office 2 determined by using Krejcie and Morgan table. The data is collected from 4 personnel of each school, including a school administrator and 3 teachers altogether 368 samples, using the questionnaires as the data collection instruments. Data analysis of this study includes frequency, percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, and stepwise multiple regression analysis using statistical package.

          This study result found that :

1. The analysis results of the creative leadership of administrators under the Nakhon Pathom primary educational service area office 2 visionary in overall, and in each aspect were rated at a high level. These aspects were placed from the highest to the lowest of results as follows: visionary, creativity, flexibility and adaptability, individualized consideration, and teamwork, respectively.

          2) The analysis result of the organizational culture in schools under the Nakhon Pathom primary educational service area office 2 in overall, and in each aspect were rated at a high level. These aspects were placed from the highest to the lowest of results as follows : organization purpose, integrity, quality, empowerment, decision, trust, sense of community, caring, recognition, and diversity respectively.

3) The creative leadership of administrators affects organizational culture in schools under the Nakhon Pathom primary educational service area office 2 statistically significant at 0.01 level. Flexibility and adaptability, teamwork skill and creativity affect organizational culture in schools under the Nakhon Pathom primary educational service area office 2 statistically significant at 0.01 level which gives the regressions of estimation for
