Guidelines for Using AI

Nowadays, artificial intelligence (AI) is very important for study, so the editorial board knows that there needs to be clear guidance on how to use it correctly. The goal of these rules is to keep academic standards high and make the study process more open. So, we have set up clear instructions to help authors use AI effectively while still doing study in an ethical way. Starting from  January 1, 2025, all articles submitted must acknowledge AI usage.

To maintain transparency, please clearly state the use of AI in the following sections of your article:

  1. If AI was used for language editing or content organization, specify it the ‘Acknowledgement’ section.

For example:

"The author used AI tools, ChatGPT (version GPT-4.0) and Grammarly, for language editing and content organization in this article."

          2. If AI was used in any part of the research, please explain how it was used in the ‘Methodology’ section.

For example:

"The initial analysis was conducted with the assistance of ChatGPT (version GPT-4.o). All outputs were verified and refined by the authors."

Notes:

  1. Authers cannot credit AI  as a co-author.
  2. Authors must ensure the accuracy and appropriateness of AI-generated outputs and be responsible for all content in the article.
  3. Failure to disclose the use of AI may affect the consideration of publication.
