Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • Submitted articles must not have been previously published in any other journal and must not currently be under review by another journal. (If the article is under consideration elsewhere, the author must inform the editor.)
  • Files must be submitted in Microsoft Word (.docx) format.
  • The article must include the following components: title, names of all authors, abstract, and keywords — each no longer than half an A4 page, in both Thai and English — along with academic rank (if any), highest qualification, and contact email.
  • The article must be prepared on A4 paper, single-sided, not exceeding 15 pages, using TH SarabunPSK font at 16 pt (for both Thai and English text), with single line spacing.
  • All references cited must genuinely exist or include accessible URLs.
  • The article must be prepared in accordance with the journal's requirements, both in terms of formatting per the author guidelines and citation style following APA 7th edition. Articles with incorrect APA 7th edition citations will not be considered for review.
  • Once an article has entered the peer review process, if the author subsequently wishes to withdraw the submission from consideration for publication...

  • Please provide a reachable phone number and email address in the message to the editor. Submissions without this information will not be considered.
  • The submitted work must be original, free of plagiarism, and free of data fabrication or falsification. All listed authors must have genuinely contributed to the research. Any funding sources or conflicts of interest must be disclosed.
  • Authors may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to assist with language checking or manuscript formatting. However, the use of AI to generate the main content of a manuscript is not permitted, and AI tools may not be listed as authors. Authors bear full responsibility for the accuracy of all content. Any use of AI tools must be disclosed in the Acknowledgements section, including the name of the tool and the purpose for which it was used.



Author Guidelines

Conditions for Article Publication

1. The manuscript must be a research article or academic article authored by undergraduate, master’s, or doctoral students, lecturers, researchers, or scholars from educational institutions.

2. Manuscripts may be submitted in either Thai or English.

3. Authors must prepare the manuscript according to the journal’s template and formatting requirements. The length must not exceed 10–15 pages (A4 size paper).

  • For manuscripts submitted in Thai, the title, authors’ names, affiliations, and academic advisor (if applicable) must be provided in both Thai and English.
  • References must be written in English only.

4. Authors must submit their manuscript through the journal’s online submission system (ThaiJO).

5. The submitted manuscript must not have been previously published elsewhere. If the manuscript is published in the Faculty of Education Journal, Chiang Mai Rajabhat University, the author(s) may not submit or publish the same manuscript in another journal.

6. The manuscript must pass a plagiarism screening process in accordance with the Thai-Journal Citation Index Centre (TCI) standards. The similarity index must not exceed 10% based on the academic plagiarism detection system.

7. The Faculty of Education Journal, Chiang Mai Rajabhat University, reserves the right not to accept manuscripts that do not comply with the specified conditions.

8. All submitted manuscripts must undergo the journal’s peer review process in accordance with the journal’s editorial procedures.

Peer Review Policy

All original research articles submitted to the journal undergo a rigorous peer review process conducted by at least three experts in the relevant field. The journal employs a double-blind review system, whereby both the reviewers and the authors remain anonymous throughout the review process to ensure impartiality and academic integrity.

Any request for republication of published material must obtain prior written permission from the Editorial Board.

Copyright Policy

No part of any article published in this journal may be reproduced, stored in a retrieval system, or transmitted in any form or by any means—electronic, mechanical, photocopying, recording, or otherwise—without prior written permission from the Faculty of Education, Chiang Mai Rajabhat University.
